REGISTRATION is open to young adults 18-24. This course is not real estate specific nor are individuals required to have any affiliation to Keller Williams Realty.
- Registration/Check In opens promptly at 8:00 AM
- Failure to pick up your name badge will result in an un-registration from the class with no refund.
- COST is $475 per student and includes 3-day event, materials, shuttle transportation and some meals.

TRANSPORTATION to Austin is the responsibility of the student.

- Shuttle service provided from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport to The Westin Austin at The Domain on Thursday, from 1pm- 5pm.
- Shuttle service provided from the The Westin Austin at The Domain to Austin-Bergstrom International Airport on Saturday at 1pm.
- Shuttle service provided from The Westin Austin at The Domain to the KWRI Learning Center and back on Friday.
- All students requiring a shuttle to and from the airport MUST fill out a survey.
- PARKING at KWRI
- If you choose to drive to the event on Friday, DO NOT PARK in spots with the “Reserved for…” signs.
- Includes the “Reserved for KWRI Staff” spots
- You will be towed at your own expense without a warning!!!
- FOOD
- Some meals & snacks will be provided (GF & Vegetarian options will be available)
- If you have very specific dietary restrictions, we encourage you to bring your own lunch
