The Team Leader Fundamentals program covers the core competencies and skills you need to nail your 20% as Team Leader. This all-day, activity-packed workshop is designed to enhance what you’ve learned in the online portion of the Team Leader Fundamentals course in a guided practice environment with fellow Team Leaders.
Through group masterminds as well as collaborative real play and role play activities, you can expect relevant practice to help you:
