KWRI does not hold any information on attendee hotel rooms. The associate is responsible for managing hotel reservation(s). For all hotel cancellations and changes please contact the Austin Omni Downtown directly at 800-843-6664.
KWRI reserves a limited number of discounted rooms for our attendees for all Learning Center Events. Once these rooms are sold out, or once it is past the reservation cutoff deadline, you will have to reach out to the Austin Omni Downtown directly to see if they have any other rooms available.
