REGISTRATION STRUCTURE

If you are a Mastery Client or a Keller Williams Worldwide member, register through your respective category.

For General Admission, register either for the full week through the 'Full Week Pass' category, or register for sessions individually through the 'A La Carte' category.

Mastery Clients

Mastery Clients receive (1) Camp and (1) Mastermind for free through their Mastery Client Contract.

1. Select which Camp you would like for free!
• Register through the 'Mastery Client - Agent' category if you would like Mega Agent Camp for free.
• Register through the 'Mastery Client - Leadership' category if you would like Mega Leadership Camp for free.
2. Select which Mastermind you would like for free out of the two options listed.

 

Keller Williams Worldwide

Register through the ‘KW Worldwide’ category.

Full Week Pass

Want to take full advantage of all the learning opportunities at Mega Camp for one flat price? Register through the ‘Full Week Pass’ category!

Select all the sessions you would like to attend during the registration process.

Event Pricing changes by category, please find your appropriate category below for pricing information.

Please note, registrations for the Keynote Session are an add-on rate of $79 for all categories.

Mastery Clients

Mastery Clients receive (1) Camp and (1) Mastermind for free through their Mastery Client Contract.
You can add on any additional Mastermind at a discounted rate of $200, Mega Agent Camp for $199, and Mega Leadership Camp for $150.

Keller Williams Worldwide

KW Worldwide members receive a full week of tailored education for a flat rate of $999.

You must have purchased a Mega Camp ticket in order book your discounted hotel reservation.

To Make a New Hotel Reservation:

1. Click here and enter your registration information to access your ticket
2. Click continue through to the final confirmation page and select ‘Book Your Hotel Here!”

Transfer Tickets! If you purchased a transfer ticket and are looking to book a new hotel reservation or transfer the previous agent’s hotel reservation to your name, please email the following information to megacamp@conferencedirect.com:

1. Your ticket confirmation number
2. The name of the attendee the ticket was purchased from
3. Requested travel dates
4. Preferred top 3 hotel choices

Please do not email events@kw.com with hotel questions, as we unfortunately do not have any access to hotel reservations or information and will direct you to the email and phone number above.

Shuttles will be offered to guests staying at hotels not within walking distance of the Austin Convention Center. Shuttle schedules are subject to change.

EVENT APP

Download the “KW Events '18” App!

Click the home button in the top left of the menu to go to the ‘Multi-Event Picker’.

Once we release the Mega Camp event in the app we will send out an email notification! Expect the app to be live around a week and a half before the event.

If you already have the KW Events App, make sure to update it in order to receive the official content and updated features.

Our app will allow you to view the schedule, view maps of the convention center, find transportation, and engage with other attendees.

WHAT ELSE YOU SHOULD KNOW

We will be sending you a ‘What to Know Before You Go’ email one week prior the event that will be full of all the information you need to know!
